A common complaint I hear is that it’s hard to meet new people in Hull and board games are a great excuse to socialise. It also provides validation for your ridiculously expensive hobby!
Absolutely not! You do not have to be a board game aficionado to join in. Someone will be on hand to clarify rules and recommendations can be made to help you get started. This isn’t an event for board game snobbery and we welcome all types of games.
Of course and we’d actively encorage you to do so. Things run a lot more smoothly when someone is familiar with the rules.

Brew is located at 76 Bond Street, Hull, HU1 3EN (near the K2 building). There is a car park across the road that is free from 6PM, or there is a bus stop right outside.

There is zero expectation to drink alcohol at the meetup. Brew have an excellent selection of soft drinks, teas and coffees. Whatever floats your boat!
